Over flow dynamic water sterilization, more than 99% -- deep UV LED

According to the water sterilization application scenario, deep UV LED lamp beads with light power of 2 ~ 4 MW and 10 MW are introduced. After special structure design, the sterilization characteristics of deep ultraviolet LED are fully exerted, and the sterilization rate of over flow water sterilization is 99.99%. In our own biological laboratory, we used several 2 ~ 4 MW deep UV LED lamp beads to make the over flow water sterilization module, and tested its water sterilization effect. The water sterilization scheme has been disclosed to our customers.

In this experiment, in order to fully test the sterilization effect of the deep UV LED module under different water flow rates, the water flow rate was increased from 2L / min to 8L / min. When the water flow rate is less than 4L / min, the module can achieve more than 99.9% sterilization efficiency. The flow rate of the water dispenser is usually 2 L / L, and the flow rate of the water dispenser is only 2 L / L.
