Dr. Chen Jingwen pointed out that the light efficiency indexes of the two chips have reached the leading level. Among them, the brightness output of cfas20m chip is distributed in 8 ~ 10MW gear at 40mA, accounting for 56%, and the brightness output of cfas20a chip is distributed in 15 ~ 20MW gear at 100mA, accounting for nearly 80%. The price is also very cost-effective. Since 2021, 30KK level mass production and shipment have been realized.
