Recently, the selection notice for the "3551 Optics Valley Talent Plan" in Donghu High tech Zone, Wuhan in 2022 was announced. After personal application, enterprise review, government review, and on-site review, Dr. Chen Jingwen of the company was successfully selected for the "3551 Optics Valley Talent Plan" in 2022 and was awarded the title of "Excellent Young Talent".

The "3551 Optics Valley Talent Plan" was established by the Wuhan Municipal Party Committee and Government in 2009, following the talent development strategy of the central and provincial party committees. The "Talent Special Zone" was constructed in the Donghu High tech Zone, and the "3551 Optics Valley Talent Plan" was implemented to introduce and cultivate high-level talents engaged in scientific and technological innovation, achievement transformation, and entrepreneurship. Nowadays, the "3551 Optics Valley Talent Plan" has become a normalized talent introduction plan that focuses on the construction of the world's Optics Valley.

Chen Jingwen graduated with a Ph.D. in Optical Engineering from the Wuhan Optoelectronics National Research Center of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. During his master's and doctoral studies from 2014 to 2019, he mainly engaged in research on ultraviolet luminescence and detector epitaxial material growth, chip design and manufacturing, and device characterization based on non-polar ZnO/AlGaN III-V family semiconductor thin film materials. He published 23 SCI papers related to UV LED epitaxial material growth and device preparation, and participated in 2 general projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Since working for nearly four years, I have been engaged in the research and development of chip technology based on AlGaN materials. I have led and participated in 3 internal projects of the company, and applied for a total of 23 national patents. I have achieved significant work results in improving the efficiency and reliability of AlGaN material chip optical extraction, and have been awarded the title of "Excellent Employee" by the company for three consecutive years.
