On July 27, 2018, researcher Ye Jichun and associate researcher Guo Wei of Ningbo Institute of materials technology and engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences visited our company. Dr. Ye Jichun, a researcher and doctoral supervisor of Ningbo Institute of materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences, received a doctorate in materials science and engineering from the University of California, Davis in 2005. From 2006 to 2012, he successively served as a senior engineer in the American feisuo semiconductor company (AMD's spin off company), California Solar Energy Company and altar device company. In August 2012, he joined Ningbo Institute of materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences as a "team talent", and is now a researcher of New Energy Institute.

Dr. Guo Wei, associate researcher of Ningbo Institute of materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was born in Ma'anshan, Anhui Province in December 1987. He graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2010, and graduated from North Carolina State University in 2014. His main research interests are III-V nitride materials, deep UV LED and laser diode. From January 2015 to January 2016, he worked as a process engineer in Applied Materials semiconductor instrument company, California, USA. in February 2016, he joined the New Energy Institute of Ningbo Institute of materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences as a distinguished young researcher.
